Ciresa Soundboard — Made in Northern Italy
At the heart of every Pianoli lies a Ciresa soundboard, crafted in Northern Italy.
The colder climate of Northern Italy causes spruce trees to grow slowly, producing tighter, darker wood grain. This slow growth results in wood that is exceptionally stable, sturdy, and acoustically superior—ideal for high‑performance musical instruments.
The result is a soundboard capable of delivering remarkable projection, clarity, and sustain, forming the foundation of Pianoli’s clean and powerful tonal character.

Pianoli pianos are engineered to support higher string tension in the bass register, allowing for a deep, controlled, and authoritative low end. To achieve this, we use Heller bass strings in every Pianoli—renowned for their consistency, durability, and tonal richness.
To complement the crystal‑clear case, we utilize nickel‑plated bass strings, creating a refined visual alignment between sound, structure, and design.
